The Background
I studied Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Colorado Boulder, then completed a Master of Real Estate Development at Arizona State University. That combination isn't typical for a real estate agent. In this market it's an advantage. I understand the psychology of negotiation and the technical side of valuation in equal measure.
In 2019 I founded Resident Real Estate, a boutique brokerage built around one principle: fewer clients, more attention. When The Agency acquired it, I joined as a Partner. Same philosophy, wider reach.
